Rejuvenate your body and calm your mind as you are led through a series of poses. This class will focus on body alignment, conscious breathing and mindfulness.

Have fun and challenge yourself as we work on your flexibility, balance and concentration. Any and all levels of experience are encouraged and supported. Please bring a mat if you have one, supplies are limited.
